1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Custom or personalized products are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back the item.
  3. Ship the item back to us at the following address:

Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the return package.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved:

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to an error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges
